A writer. It’s what I’ve always wanted to be and the profession I’ve always wanted to support. There’s something magical that happens every time I work with a fellow writer. We just get each other.
Writers share a certain mindset, an anything is possible ideal that lets us dream big. I’ve been blessed to work with all styles of writers from authors with major publishing houses to indies. All wonderful, creative people.
My articles have been published in the “Los Angeles Times,” “New York Times,” “Marie Claire,” and countless others. As a publicist, I’ve worked with nationally and internationally recognized companies as well as celebrities Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Don Henley, Rosanna Arquette, and more.
I’ve taught writing and public relations at Pepperdine University in Malibu, Hillcrest Center for the Arts in Westlake Village, and provided countless professionals with writing mentoring and editing.
Did I mention that I’m a proud USC Trojan? After receiving my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and Social Sciences, I returned to USC for my Master’s Degree in Professional Writing studying under writing greats Gay Talese, Betty Friedan, T.C. Boyle, John Retchy, and Noel Riley Fitch.
